The woman, whose name was given as Ezinne, is said to be in the habit of
maltreating any housemaid that stays with her. But after the most
recent violence inflicted on her current maid, residents of Ubahu Okigwe
in Imo State came together to rescue the young girl.
The members of the community paraded the woman before handing her over to the police.
